Track Listing

  1. Vitamin Drop
  2. Inryoku

1. Vitamin Drop

The adventurous pop crazy tune.  OMG, I love this song way too much for my own liking, this right here is way better than the last two A-Sides.  I like how all the unusual sounds actually fit in this tune.  The girls actually sound a monotone, but it’s alright…the song upbeatness keeps this song from drowning into boredom.  It’s definitly got a fantasy-like feeling to it, which is a great appeal to fans everywhere.  What a sweet, sweet vitamin this is.

2. Inryoku

How random is this song? Very…though every sentence they say thay end up saying ~Inryoku~ though I once didn’t know what the hell was up with that, they actually meant an attraction, hence the title “Gravity”.  The song has a lot less going on.  Like wow…I like the organ that sounds taken exactly from a baseball game.  It’s oddly catchy…though after a while the song changes to a synth up video game tune….Why do I keep referring Nakata’s works to video games? ehhh w/e.

Perfume’s final indies single was definitly a great one.  Vitamin Drop, being used as a CM song for Densetsu no Stafy 3 also gave it major points.  And if that didnt help the PV = love. Inryoku is a bit more repetitive this time around, but that’s ok.  Both songs are on their “so-called 1st album” So, don’t get the single unless you like the cover, which I do admit is pretty cool.

Tommy February6 – Love is forever June 16, 2008

Track Listing

  1. Love is forever
  2. Futari no Seaside
  3. ♥Summer Lemonade Poem♥
  4. Love is forever (Instrumental)

1. Love is forever

Why do I think of her 1st single of this era?  It kinda sounds like it in the beginning.  Though it changes right when Tomoko sings and she’s using her cute voice, which is not my favorite sound from her.  Though it’s like hearing her first album in this one song…It’s a bit ironic but, this song is actually kinda catchy.  I wonder why they messed with her voice in the middle of the tune…I’ll never understand it but this is actually an alright song.

2. Futari no Seaside

This continuation with the pop stuff is making her better.  This song actually sounds like driving on a seaside.  This song has got some synthed BKGD sounds which are pretty nice to hear.  Then you hear jingle bells after the chorus and I was like this is not a Christmas song x.x  Tomoko has some English fluorished throughout the song as well, which I have to say has gotten better since the 1st album.

3. ♥Summer Lemonade Poem♥

Odd synths open this actually vocal-less track up.  It’s pretty much there, but to what reason, I have no clue.  It has a good time field to it, makes you think your in a Legend of Zelda game which is odd because I’m actually playing Ocarina of Time…It’s an alright, albeit vocal-less song.

So, here we are at TF6’s 2nd single from the era.  All of the songs had something to bring, well not really…Love is forever is once again something we haven’t already heard from her before.  Futari no Seaside was the better track because it instills what it said in its title.  Summer…you know what, it’s just an interlude nothing really noting.  All the “vocaled songs” make it on Tommy Airline, so I declare to pass it up since Summer Lemonade Poem is something you can pass up entirely
