1. Koi no Time Limit

Opening the album, Koi no Time Limit is kind of an interesting way to open the album because the song is quite cute and Momoi’s vocals aren’t in anyway good lol.  I will say the whole anison feel mixed with guitars and synths are kind of nice, but Momoi has done it before (and much better).  At least the arrangement is quirky enough to make me remember it.

2. S・N・S・N・S!

I’m also not sure how to deal with this either😄. S・N・S・N・S! sounds like it’s a surfer rock track with Momoi’s cute vocals singing along.  It’s a unique mixture, but Momoi’s vocals are a headache to deal with because she’s so pitchy and incredibly getting into her seiyuu mode which infuriates me.  I’m just not a fan of this track at all.

3. Osekkai FB

A surfer song, and then getting into a weird video game-ish sound for Osekkai FB?  That’s just a tad strange, but the arrangement isn’t too cheesy which is a win.  Her vocals did slightly tone down which is a small sigh of relief but the song is still not really that interesting and the only thing I can think of is Winter with some of the music.  Ehhhh…

4. Kyapi Natsu☆HIGH Tension!

With a title like this, I was expecting a hyperactive fest…but from the sound of the song, it was actually light and kind of the relaxing sound that comes with summer songs.  Also I’m enjoying hearing Momoi slightly singing, but the chorus is just terrible sadly.  It’s annoying and incredibly pitchy…it’s like why Momoi WHYYYY.  The verses were good, but everything else was just icky.

5. Colorful Aquarium

If you look up the meaning of child’s song, then this song might fit that bill lol.  I’m surprised the song is a minimalistic as it is, but it’s kind of relaxing because Momoi isn’t totally stretching her vocals out.  She actually kind of sounds good and it doesn’t help that the song is somewhat cute…but good lord does the arrangement hace a certain “Morning Children Shows” feel to it…

6. Tobidase! 3D

I’m starting to wish Momoi’s deeper vocals would have been present with out next track because despite sounding like a normal anime theme with guitars included, I honestly would say her deep vocals wouldv’e been amazing here.  Just no otherwise, because it’s just forgetful.

7. Rudy Goody

Ok, 8-bit + Reggae + a dash of anison + some slide guitars = Rudy Goody.  Yeah, this song is a trainwreck because none of the arrangement works with one another and Momoi’s vocals being as crappy as they are are making this even tougher to stand.  Yeah, this song is definitely the worst on the album for sure…ridiculous.

8. Tsuki to Hoshi no Uta

At least Momoi took out the Reggae shit out, but with Tsuki to Hoshi no Uta, she kept the worst parts from the previous tracks as well.  It’s a bit too sugary and anison and it’s just frustrating to listen to.  It’s like this song was made for something like Chuggingtons or something…yeah it’s incredibly childish.

9. Live Alive

After all the childish nonsense, we get Live Alive which sounds more up to date and kind of has a GUNDAM-like atmosphere (or Tenchi Universe).  That being said after the last couple of tracks, this is the album’s amazing song because Momoi gives a bit more effort in her vocals as they try to go deeper here and she shows a lot more control (and impressive vibrato).  Sad to say, it’s the album’s best track.

10. Count down! Party night!

It feels like we’re going back to the beginning with Count down! Party night! with the fast-paced, but genki song that Momoi is known for doing which is somewhat cool but at the same time, it’s a bit forgetful because the transitions into the chorus is very small.  Though from the lyrics I can understand, it’s song about New Year’s so makes sense now I guess…but the song is still rather weak.

11. sweet suite room

As the final track, sweet suite room is the lightest song on the album with really light instruments like harp, acoustic guitar, and shakers.  Momoi’s vocals are still kind of stuck in the shitty area because she’s pulling off that cutesy high pitch (and once again demand her to sing this in a lower tone since it would’ve sounded great!).  It’s just not that great of a track…though the arrangement is pretty.

Song of Avoidance

  • Rudy Goody

THIS ALBUM SUCKED!  I thought “IVY” sucked a lot, but this album just defeated it in one swoop.  Angya was just all cutesy and seiyuu version of Momoi and it was just terrible (though some people will enjoy it…somehow).  Really only one of the songs had Momoi in her deeper tone and it just baffles me.  I enjoyed “Showa” but this album is just a giant drop of enjoyment.  I wish she would go back to the awesomeness that was “Sunday early Morning” or even the FAMICOM series….
